in its continuing efforts to meet the needs of an ever changing HVAC/R industry, is pleased to announce a new level of service agreement coverage.

The Expanded Reimbursement Schedule (ERS) was developed to satisfy the requirements of companies that are requesting higher reimbursement levels than the existing Equiguard program offers. Prospective customers for ERS include:

  • Flat rate program users
  • Service companies in major metropolitan areas with higher labor rates and travel times
  • Companies opting for higher parts mark-up allowances and increased travel time or trip charges


ERS Option Upgrades

The ERS option may include upgrades in the following categories:

  • Higher hourly rates (subject to approval)
  • Increased parts mark-up allowance
  • Up to one (1) hour travel/trip charge
  • Flat rate pricing structure (subject to approval)

How to order ERS

To order a service agreement with the ERS coverage, the letter "X" needs to appear in front of the Equiguard part number (i.e, XRCS-05=Residential Complete System). Your Equiguard distributor will advise you of the ERS Program multiplier from current list pricing. All other terms, conditions and provisions of the Equiguard program remain the same.

Please note, existing agreements may not be converted. The ERS Program agreements must be purchased as such.
