Certified Checks & Balances Payment Process

1. Premium payments are sent to Equiguard, Inc. Trust Account held by an F.D.I.C. Insured Bank.
2. The Bank disperses funds to the insurance company for premium and reserve and to Equiguard, Inc. for operational fees.

| 3. Access to the funds can only be activated when the insurance company and Equiguard, Inc. independently, by computer, submit a report showing the amounts to be transferred. If there is a discrepancy in any of the reports, the funds remain in the trust account. These extra measures of security are your assurance that the insurance premium and administrative fees are properly funded and separated. |
